Will all competitors please check which Class they are entering on arrival in Smithfield.
ENTRANTS PLEASE NOTE:
The Organising Committee do not accept responsibility for insurance on motor vehicles taking part in the carnival. All vehicle entrants in Rhayader Carnival will be required to sign up to the Rhayader Carnival Parade Code of Conduct.

A MESSAGE FROM THE CARNIVAL COMMITTEE
We would like to say a THANK YOU to all those who have contributed in any capacity to the organising of the carnival. Also for the help and contributions in producing the programme and to all the donors. To our medics for providing medical care this week. with much appreciation and thanks to Ellie Jones and R & B Transport for use of lorries for the Queen's visits to neighbouring carnivals, and on Carnival Day. To Rhayader Town Council for their continued and valued support. Also the Groe Trust.
